Responsibilities
- Perform regular pool maintenance including water testing, chemical balancing, and cleaning to ensure optimal pool conditions.
- Conduct thorough inspections of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators, identifying issues early.
- Repair or replace faulty pool equipment using hand tools and power tools, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Clean pool surfaces, decks, skimmers, and surrounding areas to maintain a safe and attractive environment.
- Maintain detailed service records of all work performed, including repairs, inspections, and chemical treatments.
- Respond promptly to service requests or emergencies related to pool operation or safety concerns.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while handling chemicals and operating machinery to ensure a secure work environment.
Requirements
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
- Prior experience as a service technician or in pool maintenance is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools necessary for repairs and installations.
- Strong understanding of pool cleaning techniques and chemical balancing procedures is preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and perform routine maintenance tasks independently.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills for record keeping.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel between job sites as needed.

Responsibilities
- Actively engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored swimming pool solutions
- Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly, inspiring confidence and excitement in customers
- Guide clients through the sales process from initial consultation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth experience
- Provide expert advice on pool options, accessories, maintenance packages, and related outdoor living products
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure customer expectations are exceeded during setup and follow-up
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales progress, and product inventory
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service and sales roles, preferably within outdoor living or home improvement industries
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
- Enthusiastic attitude with a proactive approach to engaging customers and closing sales
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of swimming pools, outdoor living products, or willingness to learn quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus
- Structure Studios 3D design or equivalent 3D software a PLUS!

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team in the constantly changing outdoor-living construction industry. This role involves manual labor, teamwork, and the ability to work in a challenging & fast paced work environment. Per diem is available.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain general construction site equipment
- Perform different work types in the pool / spa / outdoor living industry.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks or storage areas.
- Utilize tools & machinery safely, following all operational guidelines.
- Contribute to positive work environment.
Qualifications
- (Age) 21+
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Pass a DOT physical & Entry/Random drug screen.
- Team mentality.
- Lifting up to 100 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting, standing, or walking for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
